For Bob ~ 1. Write in the number of checks you've received ~ and the Total Donations.
2. Write in the Wreath Cost (likely to be your only expense) ~ and the Total Expense.
3. Write in Total Donations and Total Expenses; take Expenses from Donations and write in the Excess.
4. Write in your Cemetery Name on the form AND on your Excess check (please make it out to AWON).
5. Snailmail both to Bob Meek, AWON Treasurer, 5745 Lee Road, Indianapolis, IN 46216

For Rik ~ just E-Mail the Donations Total amd the Expenses Total, and I'll figure it out from there.
